Omahawks 2022 Make-A-Wish Labor Day Air Show

Labor Day 2022 was a beautiful day for an Air Show!  Great weather, awesome crowd and lots of neat model airplanes filled the air with excitement!  Best of all, we raised $10,000 for Make-A-Wish Nebraska!

All proceeds generated from the event are proudly donated to Make-A-Wish Nebraska.

For the third year we offered a raffle for a ride in a P-51. The winner in 2021 is pictured below (and on the ticket) It's a great opportunity to experience the thrill of the power that this beast has under the cowl. Get your tickets next year for your chance to win this thrilling ride!

Omahawks Make-A-Wish Air Show 2021

The 2021 event was a great success, generating $7,100 for Make-A-Wish foundation of Nebraska. Thanks to everyone involved in setting up, participating and attending the event.

While we were unable to hold our 2020 air show due to COVID restrictions we did work to raise funds for Make-A-Wish Nebraska by holding a raffle for a ride on a real P-51-Gunfighter which was donated by Larry Lumpkin of the Commemorative Air Force!  For more information on the ride and the Commemorative Air force please visit the CAF's P-51 Gunfighter page.

40th Year - Omahawks Make-A-Wish Air Show 2019

A lot of credit goes out to the whole club and other outside participants that made the 2019 Air Show a tremendous success.  We raised in excess of $4,000.00 for Make-A-Wish organization.  $100,000 in our 41 year history .  We should all be proud of this effort and our continuous yearly support of the Make-A-Wish Organization!
