Omahawks 2009 Sport Pilot Championship - A one of a kind.

Pilots will compete in three different events, scoring points based on how well they finish in each event. The overall points leader at the end of all three events will be named the Sport Pilot Champion and be awarded the 2009 Olson Cup.

• Event #1 SPC Pylon Racing: Saturday, May 16th 11:00AM to 3:00PM

• Event #2 SPC Sportsman Pattern Contest: Saturday, June 20th 11:00AM to 3:00PM

• Event #3 SPC Combat: Sunday, July 12th 12:00PM to 4:00PM

Learn to Fly - Every Thursday Night!

If you have never flown radio controlled aircraft and have always wanted to get involved in this exciting and rewarding hobby, we offer free instructional lessons to Omahawks Members. Even if you do not currently own an airplane at this time, you can come out to our field and meet with our instructors and they will let you fly our club-owned airplanes to see if this hobby is right for you.
